Director – Head of Legal, Co-Sec, Compliance, Financial Crime & Fraud Divisions
My client is a well-known hedge fund with a global footprint looking for a private investments Attorney to join them in their New York office.
The role will work closely with their investments, investor relations and business development teams to develop and launch new products.
This will include negotiation of terms with prospective clients and investors as well as maintaining existing products.
This is a great chance to work on a variety of product launches and support the whole business.
They’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years relevant private markets funds knowledge from either a law firm or a comparable in-house firm.
You’ll need a JD and be licensed to practice law in the US with a strong preference for a New York License.
The expected base salary for this position is $250,000 with strong bonus potential on top.
