Position：Legal Counsel（Legal- Compliance）
Job Requirements:
Education：Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications are a plus. Law degree from a French-speaking region is mandatory.
Languages：French&English or French&Chinese
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of legal compliance strategies for our international operations.
Design and implement compliance policies, guidelines, and audit procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
Conduct comprehensive compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to diverse regulatory environments.
Required Experience:
Strong understanding of business objectives and ability to align legal strategies with organizational goals.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Proven expertise in legal compliance and risk management across international and diverse regulatory frameworks.
Ability to develop and implement legal compliance programs tailored to different countries.
Extensive experience in conducting legal compliance assessments and audits.
