Major AIM Listed Company is seeking a Legal Counsel to work alongside the General Counsel across corporate and commercial.
This is a brilliant opportunity to gain a broad range of experience at a business going through an exciting growth period.
You will work across:
Corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, investments, company restructuring, shareholder agreements, share plans and options schemes, and other corporate matters
Commercial agreements
Data protection
The company is based in Derby, and the successful candidate will need to be in the office 1-2 days a week (travel and accommodation costs can be covered).
Requirements:
3-5PQE
Experience of corporate and commercial work, ideally in private practice and in-house (including secondments)
Able to be in a Derby office 2 days per week
