Role Summary

As a Legal Counsel, you will become part of the Legal Department of Kiefer TEK Ltd, supporting the company’s rapidly expanding activities in renewable energy, infrastructure and engineering projects.

Based in Athens, you will work closely with the Head of the Legal Department, providing legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, supporting contractual negotiations and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.

Within this dynamic and fast-growing environment, you will contribute to the effective management of legal risks and provide practical legal support to multidisciplinary teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and contractual matters

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts and other legal documentation

• Support project teams on contractual matters and legal risk management

• Handle and/or monitor disputes, litigation matters and third-party claims, in cooperation with external legal advisors where required

• Ensure that legal and contractual documentation is properly drafted, reviewed and maintained

• Collaborate with other members of the Legal Department on assigned projects and legal matters

• Support corporate governance processes and day-to-day legal administration

 

Requirements

• Law Degree and admission to the Greek Bar Association

• Minimum five (5) years of post-qualification legal experience

• Proven experience in corporate and commercial law and contract drafting/negotiation

• Professional experience either in-house or in a reputable law firm

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, construction or project-based sectors will be considered an advantage

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills

• Very good knowledge of MS Office
