6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Legal Counsel is required to join a retail organisation based in the North West for a period of 6 months and with the potential to move onto a permanent contract.
As the Legal Counsel, you will;
Be confident in handling your own caseload of commercial matters with reviewing and drafting a variety of agreements
Undertake a varied caseload of commercial matters including NDA’s, Supplier agreements, IT agreements, marketing, brand protection, framework agreements and IP matters
Have experience ideally with Data Protection matters
Be joining a supportive team and have the opportunity to work on a Hybrid working basis
Candidates will ideally be available on short notice due to the urgent need in the team but applicants on longer notice periods will be considered.
