What you’ll do:
Own all legal matters (corporate, regulatory, commercial, IP)
Advise execs on risk, compliance, and fundraising
Draft/negotiation across a wide range of agreements
Help shape the future of Web3 x AI legal frameworks
You bring:
3+ years at a top firm or startup
Deep expertise in corporate, compliance & contracts
Experience in Web3 and/or AI preferred
