We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing team.
We are seeking a Legal Counsel who will be supporting the Legal and Compliance Officer in handling daily legal matters for both our B2B and B2C entities.
As part of a small but crucial team reporting to the Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, the Legal and Compliance department plays a key role in advising and assisting the Group to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will participate in various aspects of the legal field as needed by the Group, whether that involves advising internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts, or communicating with external parties.
In addition to the legal responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate should also be prepared to support and assist with administrative tasks.
What will you be doing?
Advising on legal matters
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents
Legal research
Assist with corporate governance and regulatory compliance for B2B
Assist in data protection and intellectual property matters
Support with administrative tasks when required
Liaise with external advisors and regulatory authorities, ensuring our company stays abreast of regulatory updates.
Who are you?
Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification).
Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Possessing a keen attention to detail
Knowledge on Data Protection and/or previous work experience in iGaming is a plus.
