Overview
Estate Lawyers PLLC is a growing estate planning law firm in multiple states that focuses exclusively on helping clients with their estate planning needs. We also work closely with our sister company, Trajan Wealth, to encourage our clients to address their financial planning needs.
We are seeking a licensed sole practitioner in Alabama to review estate plans prepared by our in-house attorneys and paralegals to confirm compliance with local state laws. These will be “of counsel” associations that would be disclosed on company letterhead and in engagement letters.
Qualifications
· Licensed attorney in good standing in Alabama
· Minimum 2 years estate planning experience
Responsibilities
· Review and provide feedback on estate plans drafted by our in-house legal team
· Meet with clients on request (anticipated only in unusual circumstances)
· Provide general support for state-specific legal questions.
Compensation Package
· Will be paid as an independent contractor per plan reviewed. Details provided during the interview.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $200.00 – $300.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
