Job Title: Legal Contracts Specialist
Job Profile : To support the Legal & Compliance Department in reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts across the region, ensuring legal protection and alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft legal contracts (client agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, consultancy agreements, LOA etc.
Participate in contract negotiations and minimize legal and financial risks.
Support internal teams during negotiations by providing legal insights and recommendations.
Maintain and update standard legal templates used across the region.
Organize and manage a centralized legal document archive
Identify and escalate critical legal risks during contract reviews.
Assist in aligning local contract practices with the company global legal standards and policies.
Support in Regular reviews of existing contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law
2–4 years of experience in contract review, negotiation support and legal documentation.
Strong understanding of contract law, legal risk assessment, and commercial negotiation basics.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work with multiple countries and adapt to different regulatory
Fluent in English and Arabic

Based in Riyadh, KSA with regional coverage responsibilities
