Our client, a US multinational manufacturer, is seeking a Legal Contract Specialist, to be based in their Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, sales, and procurement contracts (T&Cs, NDAs, framework, quality agreements).
- Work with internal teams to align contract terms with business and compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate contract records and support process improvements.
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation and support development of templates and playbooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, Business, or related field with 3–5 years contract negotiation experience (in‑house preferred).
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple contracts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills across all jurisdictions
- Fluency in English and Mandarin and proficiency in MS Office are essential
- Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
