Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Contract Specialist to join our team at LifeMagic Group. As a Legal Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts. This is a mid-level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in contract law. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and it is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent

1 to 3 years of experience in contract law or a similar role

Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency in legal research and contract management software

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to, client contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements

Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, procurement, and finance teams, to identify contract needs and provide legal guidance

Perform legal research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Provide legal advice and assistance regarding contract terms, provisions, and obligations

Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts

Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation

Manage contract templates and contribute to their continuous improvement

Facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise

Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations

Support the legal team in other contract-related matters as needed
