Responsibilities:
1. Drafting, negotiating, finalizing, and preparing hard-copy agreements
- Directly draft, negotiate, review, and finalize contracts, annexes, and agreements in line with company policies or requests.
- Manage execution and submission of signed paper documents.
2. Legal advice and compliance guidance upon request
- Provide legal consultation, review, and procedural guidance regarding contracts, appendices, agreements, penalty clauses, terminations, and contract liquidations as needed to support internal departments.
3. Risk management and legal governance
- Advise senior management on legal risk mitigation related to contracts within the assigned domain, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing compliant solutions.
4. Reporting, planning, and miscellaneous tasks
- Prepare work plans and reports for assigned duties. Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the legal field.
- Proficiency in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Honest and sincere, meticulous in detail, a keen listener who approaches challenges with a Win‑Win problem‑solving attitude.

Working hour:
- 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
- Two Saturdays off per month.
