RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing (based on the relevant checklist) and advising contracts/agreements in foreign languages.
- Involving in drafting and controlling internal rules and regulations in accordance with rel-evant laws.
- Coordinating with other departments in contract performance of project team and dealing with legal issues (if any).
- Guiding and supervising related departments to operate in accordance with laws and in-ternal rules of contract management.
- Researching laws, legal and commercial practices of the country that have business rela-tionships with FPT Software.
- Reviewing and systematizing legal documents & contract management process related to company’s operation.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or related fields.
- Having at least 2-year experience in legal or contract management;
- Having knowledge in reviewing and developing internal rules and regulations in contract management and/or relevant laws.
- Having working experience for Japanese market and being experienced in software projects is an advantage.
- Good command of English (TOEIC >800) and having another foreign language is an ad-vantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills.
