Legal Consultant Investment Funds
Aufgaben
Designing, developing and implementing a broad range of investment funds, including private equity funds / Leading the formation, documentation and structuring of investment funds, including drafting and negotiating fund documents, partnership agreements and subscription agreements / Ensuring compliance that investment funds comply with all relevant laws and regulations / Developing and managing a catalog of services / Supporting existing and potential investors with business development activity by attending client meetings and giving presentations / Leading and managing external law firms and other service providers / Monitoring regulatory as well as industry developments and providing regular updates to internal departments / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Excellent degree in Law / LL.M. degree an advantage / Experience in advising on fund aspects and transactions / Knowledge of applicable regulations for fund distribution, including UCITS Directive, AIFMD, MIFID, SFDR, etc. / Knowledge of international fund jurisdictions and familiarity with latest regulatory developments / Excellent analytical, interpersonal and project management skills with team orientation and attention to detail / Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in parallel with a variety of stakeholders / Strong communication skills and focus on pragmatic solutions / Maintain a strong client orientation / German as well as English.
