Legal Consultant – Data Privacy Jobs in Singapore, Singapore at Axiom Talent Platform
Currently, we’re hiring
** Data Privacy Legal Consultants
** to join us with:
– Singapore or Common Law qualified lawyer, with minimum 10 PQE
– Bahasa Indonesia or Malayu skills to review contracts in Bahasa Indonesia language
– CIPP Certification
– Minimum 6 years in Legal & Data protection
– Most importantly, has strong experience supporting Technology/Software contracts (would like someone who can work with little/no guidance)
– Ideally, with general knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector
– Strong collaborations skills with the ability to manage business stakeholders
– Independent and can hit the ground running
– Meticulous and detailed oriented
** The responsibilities for this role will include**:
– Drafting and reviewing of License Agreements, Software/Solution implementation and Support Agreements, Solution Provider Agreements
– Experience and strong knowledge of Data Privacy in SEA is essential, to review and draft Vendor Agreements (Services, Consultancy, IT)
– General Commercial Support to the Legal team, overseeing SEA and Pakistan
