Job Description
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
- Handling general corporate work including corporate governance and compliance matters
- Working closely with business teams and coordinating with external counsel as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Counsel with minimum 3 years experience should have:
- A law degree from a recognised institution.
- Expertise in commercial contracts and general corporate work including corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience in the technology and telecoms industry or a related field.
