️ Key Responsibilities
️ Protect clients’ legal rights in financial contracts
Assist senior lawyers in achieving client resolution objectives
Draft legal documents & submissions to regulatory authorities
Contribute to client acquisition and retention
⚖️ Help clients resolve disputes via mediation & arbitration
️ Support negotiation/discussion with stakeholders
