Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Legal Consultant. The Legal Consultant will provide expert legal advice, draft and review legal documents, address complex legal issues, and assist with legal compliance and risk management. The role requires a proactive approach to offering solutions that align with legal standards and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of legal principles
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues
- Ability to provide clear and reliable Legal Advice
- Expertise in offering Legal Assistance on various matters
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Juris Doctor degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Licensed attorney with good standing in applicable jurisdiction
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance is advantageous
