What You’ll Be Doing:
As a trusted Legal Consultant, you’ll become a key partner for your clients, tackling diverse legal challenges while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving Corporate Excellence:
Prepare and manage corporate documents (e.g., board minutes, shareholder agreements) to ensure governance compliance.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and help clients navigate legal frameworks with confidence.
Making Transactions Happen:
Support mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings by conducting due diligence, drafting agreements, and providing actionable advice.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth, seamless transaction processes.
Mastering Contracts and Compliance:
Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Manage filing processes with the relevant authorities, keeping clients fully aligned with legal obligations.
Building Meaningful Client Relationships:
Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to understand and resolve their unique legal challenges.
Provide tailored solutions by collaborating with tax, audit, and other specialist teams.
Who You Are:
Legal Expertise: You hold a Master’s degree in Law and have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with a working knowledge of the third language considered an asset.
Skillset:Strong organizational and drafting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Confidence to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Mindset: You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to learn. Your enthusiasm is matched by your ability to manage multiple responsibilities with integrity and precision.
