We are working closely with one of our reputable government-related clients in Dubai who is looking to hire a Legal Consultant to support their legal function and manage key legal documentation and processes. Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide legal advice and support across all areas of the organization.
Draft, review, and manage legal documentation including contracts, agreements, MOUs, legal notices, and legislative amendments.
Ensure proper documentation control and safekeeping of all legal records.
Act as the single point of contact for external legal counsel to ensure interests are protected.
Maintain and update a Legal Register to monitor compliance and document status.
Ensure the organization remains compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Support internal committees and contribute to policy formulation from a legal perspective.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
Has 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within the public or non-profit sector.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary: 18k AED
