Our client, a leading organization in legal and compliance services, is seeking a Legal Consultant to join their team. As a Legal Consultant, you will be part of the Court Order Compliance group supporting legal process management and high-volume data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, independence in problem-solving, and a strong commitment to confidentiality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20 – $23/hr on W2
Shift Timings – The hours will include Weekends and late night (ex. Tues-Sat. 6pm-3 am) – This is just an example, not the actual shift. They need to be prepared to work all shifts.
4 weeks of training will be required, Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
What’s the Job?
- Perform data entry of legal processes into workflow management systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle high call volumes, providing excellent customer service and dispatch support
- Verify and compile information, ensuring data integrity and correctness
- Review data for errors, correct discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Work independently, utilizing sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a high-volume environment

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient typing, transcription, and computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
