What You’ll Do
Contract Drafting & Commercial Support
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including copyright assignments, licensing, work-for-hire, NDAs, service agreements, MoUs, and vendor contracts
Update Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and other platform compliance documents
Support commercial negotiations and risk assessment
Intellectual Property & Content Clearance
Assist in managing trademarks, copyrights, and domain portfolios (filings, renewals)
Support IP enforcement, including takedowns and anti-piracy actions
Compliance & Due Diligence
Assist with secretarial, and regulatory compliances
Support legal due diligence and fundraising activities
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with 3 years of experience
- Prior experience in media, tech, or startup ecosystem preferred
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
