Base pay range
$62,000.00/yr – $/yr
- Remote
- Salary Range: $62,100–$119,000 (DOE & Location)
This is a permanent and benefited direct hire position with one of our law firm clients
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor new business intake workflows from U.S. and offshore offices
- Review and summarize conflict reports to identify potential conflicts of interest
- Coordinate clearance processes with conflicts staff across offices
- Assist Supervising Partners and Conflicts Counsel in resolving conflicts
- Review updates to existing matters and lateral hire reports for potential conflicts
- Establish and maintain ethical screens; communicate updates as needed
- Maintain consent and engagement letter files; update relevant databases
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a large law firm; global firm experience preferred
- Experience working with large databases
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Agile Point Workflow and Intapp Open preferred
