Legal Compliance and Ethics team is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance/Controls Analyst to support partner due diligence and business risk assessments. This role involves reviewing partner profiles for potential compliance risks, especially those related to export controls, regulatory compliance, and anti-bribery laws such as the UK Bribery Act and FCPA.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct due diligence reviews of partners and vendors.
Assess business risk exposure, including litigation and regulatory issues.
Evaluate compliance with export control laws and material compliance standards.
Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to support risk mitigation.
Use Excel to analyze and present data clearly and efficiently.
Maintain a cooperative, team-focused work style.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with export control and regulatory compliance.
Working knowledge of the UK Bribery Act and FCPA.
Strong understanding of business risk and its implications for the company.
Familiarity with risk management and material compliance practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
Experience performing due diligence on partners or vendors.
Business-savvy mindset with the ability to balance compliance and operations.
Comfortable with a collaborative and humble approach—confidence without overassertiveness.
Interview Process:
Two 30-minute interviews with members of the compliance team.
