Title: Legal & Compliance (Rayong Factory)

Responsibilities:
1.Drafting and reviewing various types of commercial contracts and legal documents, including but not limited to sales and purchase contracts, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements, power of attorney, etc.
2.Manage disputes related to contracts.
3.Provide legal advice on various kinds of matters, especially related to labor laws and occupational safety, health and environment laws, to the company to ensure that the day-to-day business operation of the company complies with relevant applicable laws and regulations.
4.Work closely with cross-functional teams or departments, including human resources, procurement, finance and accounting, admin, government affairs, IT, and operations to ensure that the day-to-day business operation of the company is met and aligns with business objectives as well as complies with relevant applicable laws and regulations.
5.Provide training to all departments of the company on legal best practices related to compliance issues concerning business operation in the company’s factories at the Rayong site.
6.Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in law or above.
2.Having at least three (3) years of work experience in legal & compliance roles.
3.Certified Lawyer License is advantageous and desirable.
4.Experienced in the manufacturing business would be beneficial.
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English, and computer literacy.
6.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, with excellent organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
7.Demonstrate attention to detail and a sense of legal risk awareness.
8.Able to work independently or as part of a team.
9.Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
