Position title – Legal Compliance Officer
Experience – 7-10 yrs.
Location – Mumbai
We’re hiring for a Legal & Compliance professional to join a dynamic investment platform, working closely across fund structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage fund documentation including TD, PPM, IMA & Contribution Agreements
Track and implement regulatory changes (SEBI AIF, RBI, FEMA)
Support end-to-end investment transactions (TS, SSHA, SSA, SPA)
Handle regulatory filings and compliance across applicable laws
Drive legal & compliance diligence for portfolio companies
Partner with internal teams and external counsel on transaction structuring
Ideal Candidate
7–10 years of relevant experience
Exposure to VC/PE/AIF platforms preferred
LLB (mandatory), CS preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and transaction documentation
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
