Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting the company’s legal and compliance activities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring all business operations comply with applicable laws and internal policies. The role focuses on contract review, risk identification, and providing legal guidance across procurement, sales, and management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts (procurement, sales, service, lease, etc.) and legal documents.
- Identify legal and compliance risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Support contract negotiations and execution to reduce legal exposure.
- Ensure compliance of procurement, sales, and operational activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal compliance frameworks.
- Provide legal advice to management and business departments.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and authorities when needed.
- Monitor Saudi legal and regulatory changes and assess impact.
- Support compliance training and awareness programs.
Requirements:
- Experience in legal, compliance, or corporate law roles.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulatory environment.
- Experience in contract review and commercial transactions.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
