Competencies required:
Language Skills
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Fluent in English, French.

–Â Â Â Â Â Â Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.

–Â Â Â Â Â Â Competent in Microsoft Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as PDF.

Responsibilities and obligations:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Draft and review legal contracts, agreements, and corporate documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Drafts and review various types of legal documents.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Advise the Top Management on legal aspect of various projects & tasks.
–      Conducting legal research on diversity of matters that relate to the Firm’s interests and business.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintaining proper legal documentation and updated filing system.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare official communication and emails in both English and Arabic language.
–      Identifying and assessing legal risks that need to be brought to the legal counsel’s attention.
–      Ensure the company’s adherence to international laws, including anti-corruption laws and best practices.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Providing legal support to different internal functions of the Firm (Human Resources, Finance, Industry leaders and teams) as may be required.
–Â Â Â Â Â Coordinates all visa applications processes and flight details
–       Liaise with relevant individuals , external organizations… to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
–      Organize meetings or other events as required and make the necessary logistical arrangements ( booking of rooms, catering, invitations… )
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Take meeting minutes, distribute them to the relevant parties and ensure follow up
–      Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers, auditors…
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in various administrative tasks for all the company departments
Education & Experience:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Certificates in business administration
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Minimum Three years of relative experience.

 Relations with all departments and employees.

Work conditions:
 From 8hoo AM till 5h00 PM.
