Responsibilities  Develop and implement compliance programs and policies. Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks. Investigate alleged violations and recommend appropriate actions. Develop and deliver training programs on compliance issues for employees. Maintain and update relevant compliance documentation and records. Advise
senior management
on legal and ethical issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met. Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines. Report on compliance activities to
senior management
and relevant authorities.  Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field. Proven experience in
legal compliance
or related role. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills
.
Attention to detail
and ability to interpret complex legal documents.
Effective communication
