The Legal Manager will provide legal advice and support to a healthcare service provider, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards. This role involves managing legal risk, advising on contracts and regulatory matters, supporting corporate governance.
Legal Advisory
- Provide legal advice on healthcare regulations, including patient privacy, data protection, licensing, accreditation, and clinical governance
- Interpret and advise on applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Develop, review, and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and investigations
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with healthcare professionals, vendors, insurers, business partners, and government bodies
- Advise on service agreements, referral arrangements, procurement contracts, and outsourcing agreements
- Manage contract risks and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements
Risk Management & Dispute Resolution
- Identify and mitigate legal risks related to clinical operations, employment, and commercial activities
Bachelor’s Degree in Law/paralegal with 10+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare, consumer, retail, FMCG or life sciences, or regulated industries.
