🌟 We’re Hiring: Legal & Compliance Manager (Vietnam) 🌟
Our client is a Singapore-headquartered global trading and supply chain company, operating in 22+ countries, with a strong focus on agricultural commodities, agri-inputs, industrial chemicals, and FMCG food products.
📍 Location: Onsite at Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, HCMC
🕒 Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8AM–5PM), Saturday (Half Day)
💰 Salary: 70,000,000 VND Gross
🎯 Interview Process: 2–3 rounds with Line Manager & Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across all entities in Vietnam
- Manage contracts, licenses, permits, and customs compliance
- Handle land use rights, lease agreements, and disputes with authorities
- Act as the primary contact with government bodies and external stakeholders
- Support ISO assessments, fire safety compliance, and litigation matters
Requirements:
- Law degree (legal certification or lawyer license is a plus)
- 7–10 years of experience in legal & compliance management
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese commercial laws, import/export operations, and compliance standards
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
