About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join our team and lead the Legal Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing legal guidance to management, and supporting business operations through strong legal governance and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and government policies.
- Provide legal advice on business transactions, contracts, employee relations, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor, logistics, and real estate agreements.
- Oversee legal matters related to customs, import/export regulations, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage corporate governance documentation and regulatory filings.
- Handle disputes, claims, and litigation while coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Collaborate with internal departments including HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Lead and manage the legal team, including performance and development.
Requirements:
- Saudi Nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or relevant field
- 7–10 years of relevant legal experience
- Legal certification and court practice license.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office and government platforms
- Language: Arabic and English
