Our client, a leading investment platform, is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join their legal and compliance team in a dynamic, high-impact role.
This position is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in a national law firm or in-house legal department, particularly as a compliance associate or paralegal. The individual will be supporting regulatory filings, financing transactions, corporate governance, and cross-functional compliance initiatives – all while working closely with senior leadership and investment teams.
Key highlights:
Manage corporate formation and compliance across the holding company structure
Liaise with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
Coordinate approvals and closings for fund transactions
Lead document retention and compliance efforts
Collaborate across departments, including Tax, Finance, and HR
This role is for someone with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. A BA/BS is required, and strong Microsoft Office/SharePoint experience is expected.
