Role Overview:
As the Legal & Compliance Manager, you will:
– Ensure adherence to contractual, legislative, and regulatory standards.
– Lead internal investigations and legal audits.
– Oversee contract reviews and vendor compliance.
– Manage risk and compliance registers.
– Assist in policy development and corporate governance.
– Engage with senior leadership and external partners.
✅ Requirements:
– LLB qualification with Attorney of the High Court admission preferred.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal and compliance, with 3 years in a managerial role.
– Must come from Fleet Industry
Proficiency in corporate governance, contract law, and risk frameworks.
– Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
