We are opening our doors to young professionals trying to start their career in the fintech world, currently we are in search of Legal & Compliance Intern to join our team in Vilnius. Working here, you will be part of a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds, skills, experiences, and passionate minds.
As the Legal & Compliance Intern in this role, you will:
- Assist in the review and overview of new regulatory requirements to ensure the company meets evolving fintech standards.
- Support the maintenance and supervision of internal registries and databases, ensuring high data integrity.
- Assist in the analysis of legal acts and the transfer of critical information into internal compliance frameworks.
- Participate in risk assessment processes and the evaluation of questionnaires to identify potential operational or regulatory risks.
- Help in the assessment of contracts and the evaluation of outsourcing partners to ensure alignment with our internal standards.
- Conduct targeted data searches and research to support the Compliance and AML teams in their daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Currently obtaining or recently received higher education in Law, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- A strong interest in or basic understanding of Fintech regulatory environments (governance, AML, GDPR, etc.).
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are considered an advantage.
- Curiosity and a quick ability to adapt to new internal procedures and evolving legislative landscapes.
- A dedicated, motivated, and collaborative personality willing to participate in company-wide initiatives.
