Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead all legal, compliance, and intellectual property activities across European operations
- Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial, licensing, collaboration, and data-related agreements
- Advise senior management on corporate, governance, employment, and operational legal matters
- Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and coordination of external legal counsel
- Develop and maintain an effective compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and industry requirements
- Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, internal audits, and employee training programs
- Manage data privacy, data governance, and cross-border data transfer compliance
- Support the protection and commercialization of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, licensing, and technology transfer arrangements
- Coordinate the handling of legal disputes and intellectual property matters in collaboration with external advisors
- Drive initiatives that strengthen risk management, corporate governance, and business integrity across the organization
Ihr Profil
- Law degree with an advanced legal qualification (LL.M. or equivalent preferred)
- Several years of professional experience in legal, compliance, corporate governance, or related functions
- Experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, healthcare, or another regulated industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, employment law, and data protection regulations
- Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience in intellectual property management and technology-related transactions is advantageous
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and external advisors effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English is required; German is highly desirable. Additional European languages are considered an asset
