As a Compliance Legal Counsel, you will support the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in legal matters, privacy, and internal investigations. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Compliance Officer for internal RMI tasks
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews for RMI
• Monitor adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
• Support legal drafting and negotiation of contracts
• Analyze historical data for compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Legal Studies or related field
• 2-5 years of legal and compliance experience
• Experience with commercial agreements and risk management
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• German proficiency is desirable
