We are looking for a Legal Compliance Associate who can manage legal documentation and regulatory filings and engage with potential and existing clients through social media, direct inquiries, and strategic communication.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
You ensure timely and accurate legal filings, keeping clients compliant with corporate governance regulations.
You proactively respond to client inquiries, providing clear, professional legal guidance that builds trust and converts leads into loyal clients.
You leverage social media platforms to communicate with clients, share legal insights, and position Corporate Bestie as a trusted industry leader.
Your writing and drafting skills contribute to developing high-quality contracts, agreements, and regulatory documents.
You work independently and collaboratively, ensuring seamless legal operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and corporate legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and social media, offering concise legal guidance and converting leads into paying clients.
Engage with clients on social media platforms, providing legal insights, answering compliance or business-related questions, and strengthening brand credibility.
Monitor and interpret changes in laws and policies affecting corporate compliance and advise internal teams accordingly.
Maintain compliance databases, corporate filings, and documentation management systems.
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to enhance client acquisition strategies through digital and direct engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB, BL) or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance roles.
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain legal matters in a clear and persuasive manner.
Social media savvy, with experience in engaging clients, responding to inquiries, and driving conversions online.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
