About The Role
Support legal and compliance activities to ensure the company operates within regulatory requirements. You’ll review contracts, manage compliance programs, and support policy development.
What You’ll Do
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Support data protection and privacy compliance initiatives (GDPR, CCPA)
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
Assist with intellectual property management and protection
Conduct legal research and analyze regulatory requirements
Support litigation management and dispute resolution
Develop and update company policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring
1-3 years of legal or compliance experience
Law degree or equivalent legal education
Understanding of contract law and commercial agreements
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and ability to work with complex documents
Nice to Have
Bar admission or legal practice experience
Experience in technology or software companies
Knowledge of intellectual property law
Understanding of international regulations and cross-border compliance
