We are looking for a commercially minded and execution focused Legal & Commercial Manager to support the business as we scale across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of legal, commercial, and operational decision making, helping ensure the business is set up to scale efficiently, manage risk appropriately, and operate with clarity as complexity grows.
You will work closely with senior leadership across operations, finance, and product teams to provide practical, commercially grounded legal support and assist in building structure and discipline across key business processes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being embedded in the business, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while contributing to scalable frameworks and processes.
This role has a strong focus on legal advisory, commercial contracting, and governance as the business continues to scale.
Commercial Contracts & Legal Advisory
- Manage day to day contract management across merchant, supplier, and partner agreements
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and practical risk management
- Support the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, partnerships, and supplier contracts
- Partner with internal stakeholders on legal and commercial considerations, including pricing structures, SLAs, liabilities, and termination rights
- Support contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate with external legal counsel where required
- Support the development and maintenance of contract templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks
- Assist with maintaining and improving Terms & Conditions and broader legal frameworks across the business
- Provide practical, commercially grounded legal support to enable business growth while managing risk appropriately
Commercial Governance & Risk Management
- Help improve and maintain scalable processes to support visibility, consistency, and control across commercial activities
- Maintain contract registers, renewal calendars, and obligation tracking to support compliance and reduce risk
- Identify and support the management of legal, commercial, and operational risks as the business scales
- Support stakeholders in making informed, commercially sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Assist in identifying legal and commercial risks and escalating issues where appropriate
- Assist with M&A and strategic transaction activities, including drafting and reviewing relevant agreements where required
Vendor Procurement & Management
- Support procurement and vendor management across SaaS tools and key operational suppliers
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing commercial management
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders on budgeting, approvals, and cost control initiatives
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance, commercial obligations, and operational dependencies
- Maintain procurement records, renewal timelines, and supporting documentation to ensure visibility and compliance
- Support the review of vendor agreements to ensure commercial terms and risk considerations are appropriately managed
Access & Systems Governance
- Support vendor and system access management across SaaS platforms and third-party tools
- Coordinate user access provisioning, modifications, and removals in line with role changes and offboarding processes
- Maintain access registers and related documentation to support visibility, auditability, and operational control
- Work closely with People & Culture, Operations, and IT/Security teams to ensure system access remains appropriate, up to date, and secure
- Assist in improving processes and controls relating to systems access, governance, and user management
- Support periodic access reviews and help identify potential operational or security risks relating to system access
