We’re a fast-growing and highly respected litigation firm based in Southern California, and we’re looking for an Employment Litigation Attorney to join our vibrant team of trial pros, legal strategists, and impact-driven professionals.
In this role, you’ll lead meaningful cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, wage theft, discrimination, and more. We want someone who’s not just sharp in the courtroom, but deeply committed to helping clients navigate some of the toughest moments of their lives—with confidence, compassion, and results.
What You’ll Do ️
Litigate a diverse caseload of employment law matters, from intake through trial or settlement.
Draft complaints, motions, and discovery with clarity and punch.
Lead or collaborate on depositions, mediations, and courtroom arguments.
Work directly with clients to develop case strategy and ensure they feel heard and supported.
Partner with an internal dream team of litigation support pros and forensic resources.
What You Bring
4+ years of litigation experience, with a strong focus in plaintiff-side or employment defense work.
Knowledge of California labor laws, wage & hour regulations, and civil procedure.
Courtroom confidence, negotiation skills, and a clear communication style.
A heart for justice, and a drive to win.
