Position: Legal Claims Consultant Role

In this full-time, office-based position, you’ll handle legal claims such as MOL, HRTO, and WSIB, ensuring smooth management from intake to resolution. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, liaising with clients and external partners, and providing guidance to internal teams. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal services for claims management

• Oversee all incoming legal claims from clients

• Liaise effectively with clients and gather details

• Support HR Advice Team on legal inquiries

• Ensure compliance with reporting and budget requirements

Requirements:

• At least one year in a Legal Claims or Paralegal role

• University or College degree in Law

• P1 License needed

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Share Point

• Ability to thrive under pressure and as a team player
