Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage client financial transactions in line with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules.
Handle BACS receipts, telegraphic transfers, and foreign payments with
precision
.
Perform daily compliance checks and manage any SAR breaches.
Maintain accurate and
up-to-date
process documentation.
Work closely with
senior management
and partners to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in legal accounting software and electronic payment systems.
Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Confident, articulate, and skilled at building strong working relationships across the business.
IT literate, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
