We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Legal Cashier/Finance Assistant to
join our dynamic team
in Alwalton, Huntingdonshire. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record all financial transactions accurately.
Manage client accounts, ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Assist in monthly financial reporting and audits.
Provide support to the finance team as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Legal Cashier or in a finance role within a legal environment is preferred.
Strong
attention to detail
and excellent numerical skills.
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good
communication skills
and a professional approach.
