Location: Dallas, TX (Oak Lawn area)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | No weekends
A rapidly growing personal injury law firm in Dallas is seeking a Legal Case Manager to support clients through their medical treatment and recovery process after an accident. This is a client-facing role where communication, organization, and empathy are key to success. You’ll work closely with attorneys and help ensure that each client receives the attention and medical care they need throughout their case.

Legal Case Manager Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of personal injury clients during their treatment phase
Coordinate medical treatment, appointments, and follow-up care with providers
Track medical progress and update case records accurately and consistently
Communicate regularly with clients, doctors, and insurance adjusters
Gather and review medical records and billing documents
Maintain clear, professional documentation and records in the case management system
Provide consistent, high-quality support and customer service to all clients
Legal Case Manager Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm or related medical field (e.g., EMT, nurse, insurance claims)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
Comfortable navigating medical terminology, treatment plans, and billing
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of cases
Proficient with legal case management software and standard office tools
Able to work independently, stay organized, and communicate clearly with clients and teammates
