Job Overview: A well-established employment law defense firm is seeking a Bilingual Associate Attorney to join its team in Rocklin, CA. This role is ideal for a recently barred Spanish-speaking attorney or a more experienced litigator looking to build a career in labor and employment law. The firm specializes in defending employers in litigation, class action cases, and providing advisory services.
What We’re Looking For:
Spanish fluency is required to communicate with clients effectively.
Litigation experience is required , but employment law experience is not—training will be provided.
Candidates must be comfortable with trials, hearings, depositions, and motion work , even if they have not yet first-chaired.
Strong research and writing skills with the ability to handle legal proceedings independently or as part of a team.
Must be licensed to practice in California and willing to work onsite in Rocklin, CA .
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings, trials, hearings, and arbitrations .
Handle discovery, depositions, and motion work from start to finish.
Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
Manage class action and PAGA matters through all stages of litigation.
