Our client is a mid sized firm in downtown San Francisco. They have a friendly family style environment and culture with extremely low turnover. It is hard to find a more inclusive progressive law firm in the industry. They are currently seeking an Estate Planning Case Clerk.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the organization and maintenance of documents for estate planning, tax, probate and trust administration work.

Maintain case files, create case file index binders, and e-binders.

Locate specific documents and prepare documents for storage.

Input data on the system.

Ensure all necessary documents are timely and properly completed, executed, received, delivered and distributed.

Deliver documents within and outside the office.

Qualifications:

College degree preferred.

Some prior law office experience is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

Working knowledge of Windows and Adobe Acrobat are a plus.

Salary: Up to 65K. Can be flexible depending on experience.
