Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Legal & Business Operations Manager to lead Triciclo Tech’s contract management processes, support legal and compliance operations, and help strengthen the operational backbone of our sales and supply chain activities.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who combines strong legal and contractual discipline with business judgment, operational structure, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the company’s contract lifecycle, support corporate governance and compliance matters, coordinate with external legal advisors where required, and work closely with the sales and supply chain teams on operational initiatives, documentation, systems, reporting, and process improvement.

Job Purpose

The Legal & Business Operations Manager will support Triciclo Tech’s legal, commercial, and business operations by managing contract administration, corporate documentation, compliance processes, legal research, document management, and coordination with external counsel. The role will also support the sales and supply chain teams by improving operational processes, maintaining key business information, supporting reporting, and helping ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant business execution across markets.

This role is ideal for a structured, detail-oriented, and autonomous professional who enjoys working across legal, commercial, and operational topics, and who is eager to contribute beyond traditional legal administrative functions. As Triciclo Tech continues to grow, the Legal & Business Operations Manager will have a unique opportunity to help shape the company’s legal and operational infrastructure.

Key AccountabilitiesContract Management

·       Draft, review, format, and maintain commercial agreements, NDAs, supplier agreements, customer contracts, partnership agreements, service agreements, and related legal documentation.

·       Manage contract execution processes, including internal reviews, signature workflows, renewals, expirations, and key contractual obligations.

·       Maintain contract databases, document repositories, templates, and version control processes to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and audit readiness.

·       Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to ensure contracts are commercially practical, legally sound, and aligned with business needs.

Corporate Governance & Legal Operations

·       Maintain corporate records, shareholder documentation, board resolutions, company registers, and other governance documentation.

·       Support corporate filings, registrations, company documentation, and coordination with corporate secretaries, accountants, notaries, and external counsel.

·       Assist with investor relations and fundraising documentation from a process, documentation, and coordination perspective.

·       Help build scalable legal operations processes, including templates, playbooks, workflows, trackers, and internal controls.

Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Support

·       Support KYC, AML, vendor onboarding, customer onboarding, and compliance review processes.

·       Maintain compliance documentation and help monitor relevant regulatory requirements affecting the company’s commercial and operational activities.

·       Support privacy and data protection initiatives, including document control, internal policies, and coordination with external advisors where required.

·       Coordinate import/export compliance processes and regulatory checks with relevant internal stakeholders and external specialists, particularly in relation to cross-border telecom equipment transactions.

·       Explore and support ESG, circular economy, and carbon-emission-related certifications or frameworks relevant to Triciclo Tech’s business model.

Sales & Supply Chain Operations Support

·       Maintain inventory information, equipment catalogues, operational trackers, and commercial documentation needed by the sales and supply chain teams.

·       Support system set-up, data accuracy, process documentation, and reporting improvements across the company’s operational workflows.

·       Help develop and implement supply chain and sales operations processes aligned with the company’s vision, business priorities, and growth objectives.

·       Support the sales team with operational matters from e-waste procurement and supplier documentation through to customer sales execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Company Representation

·       Work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, strategy, and company leadership to support initiatives that improve business execution and company performance.

·       Promote the reuse and circularity of technology by supporting Triciclo Tech’s sustainability positioning and operational credibility.

·       Represent Triciclo Tech professionally in selected events, partner conversations, or external interactions when required.

Knowledge & ExperiencePreferred Education / Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business, International Trade, Operations, or a related field.

·       Paralegal certificate, legal operations training, contract management certification, or equivalent legal training is preferred.

·       Additional training or experience in compliance, international trade, telecom, circular economy, ESG, or supply chain operations is a plus.

Required Experience

·       3–6 years of experience in a legal, paralegal, compliance, contract management, legal operations, business operations, or corporate operations role.

·       Experience with international commercial contracts, supplier/customer agreements, and cross-border transactions.

·       Understanding of contract management, corporate documentation, governance processes, compliance documentation, and business operations.

·       Experience working with, or coordinating, external legal advisors, accountants, corporate secretaries, or regulatory specialists.

·       Experience in a startup, scaleup, telecom, technology, circular economy, logistics, refurbishment, resale, or international trade environment is highly valued.

Skills & Abilities

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

·       Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

·       Strong commercial awareness and business judgment, with the ability to translate legal and operational requirements into practical business language.

·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

·       Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with contract/document management systems is a plus.

·       Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to improve processes in a fast-paced, changing environment.

·       Ability to work effectively across varied markets, nationalities, and business functions.

·       Understanding of technology systems, telecom equipment, ESG, or circular economy principles is a plus.

·       Integrity, ownership, and a can-do mentality, with the confidence to challenge constructively and help protect the interests of the organization.

Languages

·       Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

·       One or more additional languages is preferred.
