Key Responsibilities:
Deeply understand the company’s overseas business model and development demands, provide one-stop legal assistance and full-process risk control for daily operation, project expansion and business collaboration of Southeast Asian overseas business.Provide end-to-end legal support for Southeast Asian overseas business, including contract drafting, review, revision and business negotiation support, effectively resolving legal problems in business development.Take charge of daily docking, communication and management of external law firms in Southeast Asian regions, coordinate external legal resources efficiently, and supervise the implementation of legal services to ensure service quality.Manage regional daily legal compliance work, track updates of local laws, regulations and policies, formulate targeted compliance guidelines, and standardize overseas business operation procedures.Independently handle various legal disputes, arbitration and complaint cases in Southeast Asian business, cooperate with external lawyers to promote case handling, and fully safeguard the company’s legitimate rights and interests.Participate in due diligence of overseas investment and cooperation projects, optimize regional legal management systems and processes, and conduct regular internal legal compliance training.Undertake other overseas legal and compliance work assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; legal professional qualification certificate is preferred.Minimum 4 years of working experience in Southeast Asia-related(Singapore,Thailand,Vietnam) legal affairs, familiar with local commercial laws, regulatory policies and cross-border business compliance requirements.Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (working language), capable of independent English contract drafting, fluent cross-border business communication and professional legal document processing.Hands-on experience in Southeast Asian project legal support, legal risk prevention and dispute resolution, with mature experience in docking and managing external law firms.Candidates with new energy industry legal working experience are highly preferred.Excellent business acumen, able to deeply align with overseas business demands and provide proactive and targeted legal support.Strong independent problem-solving ability and cross-departmental communication & coordination capability.Meticulous, responsible and adaptable to overseas business trips.
