We are seeking a senior litigation associate or counsel to join our firm. We have a sophisticated white collar, securities enforcement, civil litigation, and regulatory receivership practice and seek talented and motivated attorneys. Most of our work is in federal court and we focus on only a limited number of complex investigations and cases at any one time.
The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, exceptional analysis and writing skills, and be a member of the California Bar. Candidates with federal judicial clerkship experience are of particular interest.
We take a team-based approach to analyze facts and develop and implement strategy in complex and sophisticated matters across the white collar, securities and civil areas. We strive to produce well-researched and exceptionally written pleadings and motions. Our attorneys conduct thorough and thoughtful legal research to inform case strategy and produce well-written memoranda and motions working closely with senior lawyers at the firm.
We advance professional development by providing opportunities for substantive court appearances and related opportunities. Our attorneys work directly with clients to provide investigation and case updates, discuss legal strategies, and address concerns.
Typical base salary range is from $175,000 to $245,000 depending on experience. If your salary expectation is outside this range, we still encourage you to apply, as we offer significant bonus opportunities.
