Position: Legal Associate WhiteFern LLC Practitioner | CBD | | Law Firm
White Fern LLC is a multiple award-winning boutique disputes firm with a particular focus on insurance and reinsurance law as one of the market leaders in Singapore. Our broad range of services include policy coverage advice, third-party claim management, defence and mitigation, and business-related advice for insurers. Our team also provides counsel on disputes between insurers and service providers, contract reviews with business partners such as vendor and marketing platforms, and policy wording evaluations for new products.
Beyond insurers, the firm is a trusted advisor to intermediaries, loss adjusters and other market players. While we are well known for our specialisation in insurance practice, we also have a fast-growing dispute practice in commercial litigation, mediation and arbitration, whereby we are regularly appointed to deal with commercial disputes, construction disputes, MCST disputes, employment disputes, shareholders’ disputes, professional negligence and medical negligence disputes.

The Role
We are looking to bolster our commercial dispute practice with
dynamic

collaborative
